Banana Bread
This recipe has developed over the years of banana bread making and the fourth banana just adds more flavor and makes the bread so tender and soft. We prefer making 3 mini loaves instead of one large loaf and you can always send one to a friend or neighbor as a gift!

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup organic sugar
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/4 cup organic sugar
Directions
- Preaheat the oven to 325℉.
- Cream butter and sugar togerher in a mixing bowl. Once combined add 2 eggs and beat until incorpoated.
- Next mash the bananas with the cinnamon on a cutting board or in a bowl and set aside.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour to the butter, sugar and egg mixture. Mix just until incorporated.
- Finally stir in banana mixture and divide among 3 mini loaf pans or one large loaf pan.
- Bake for about 35-45 minutes in the mini loaf pans or an hour if using a large loaf pan.
- Remove from oven and let sit until cool enough to remove from pans. Serve with butter or by itself!
- Preaheat the oven to 325℉.
