Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups jasmine or basmati rice
- 3 cups water or chicken broth ( if not using chicken boullion paste)
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1-2 limes
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 TBS chicken boullion paste ( if not using chicken broth)
- 1 1/2 cups jasmine or basmati rice
Directions
- Add rice, water, diced garlic clove, salt, and chicken boullion paste in saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Turn off heat and let rice sit for a couple minutes.
- Add chopped cilantro and lime juice and stir to combine.
- Taste for seasoning and add more salt if needed.
