Garlic Parmesan Wings

Garlic Parmesan Wings

These wings are full flavor with the garlic and parmesan with having a nice crisp to them for being baked! Definitely, a healthier way to cook and eat wings without sacrificing any flavor!

    Prep Time: 5 min

    Cook Time: 50 min

    Cooking Method: Oven

    Cooking Temp: 400℉

  • Ingredients

    • 2 dozen chicken wings
    • 2 tsp lemon pepper
    • 1 tsp sea salt
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 2 TBS olive oil

    • 3 TBS butter
    • 2 TBS olive oil
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 cup parmesan reggiano, freshly grated
    • 4 TBS chopped fresh parsley
  • Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400. First dry the wings off with paper towels (this helps with the browning process).
    2. Put the wings in large bowl and toss them with the olive oil, lemon pepper, salt and pepper until well coated.
    3. Place a cooling rack onto a cookie sheet then lay the wings onto the rack ( this helps to crisp the wings so they aren’t sitting in the drippings).
    4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes then flip the wings and bake for another 20 minutes.
    5. Turn the broiler on and bake for about 5 more minutes on each side to crisp.
    6. While the wings are baking place the butter and olive oil into a sauce pan with the minced garlic and heat until the garlic is fragrant only a couple minutes.
    7. Once the wings come out of the oven place them into a mixing bowl and toss with butter and garlic mixture, parmesan, and fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
