Cook Time: 50 min
Cooking Method: Oven
Cooking Temp: 400℉
Ingredients
Wings:
- 2 dozen chicken wings
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 TBS olive oil
Sauce:
- 3 TBS butter
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan reggiano, freshly grated
- 4 TBS chopped fresh parsley
- 2 dozen chicken wings
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400. First dry the wings off with paper towels (this helps with the browning process).
- Put the wings in large bowl and toss them with the olive oil, lemon pepper, salt and pepper until well coated.
- Place a cooling rack onto a cookie sheet then lay the wings onto the rack ( this helps to crisp the wings so they aren’t sitting in the drippings).
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes then flip the wings and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Turn the broiler on and bake for about 5 more minutes on each side to crisp.
- While the wings are baking place the butter and olive oil into a sauce pan with the minced garlic and heat until the garlic is fragrant only a couple minutes.
- Once the wings come out of the oven place them into a mixing bowl and toss with butter and garlic mixture, parmesan, and fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
