Peach Mojito

Peach Mojito

Something about fresh mint, peaches, rum, and a nice bubble make a great twist to a old classic.

  • Ingredients

    Serving size: one delicious drink
     

    • 2 oz of rum dark or light whichever you prefer. I am more of a fan of light, such as Plantation Rum
       
    • 1/2 of a peach, cut into small pieces
       
    • 1/2 of a lime, juiced
       
    • 2-4 fresh mint leaves plus 1-2 for garnish 
       
    • 1/2 oz of organic agave
       
    • 4 oz Topo Chico
  • Directions

    1. In a shaker glass, combine 1/2 peach, lime juice, 1/2 oz of agave, and 2-4 mint leaves (all depends on your preference of how strong of a mint flavor you want.) Then muddle everything together, the peaches will almost look like you pureed them after you are done.
       
    2. Add ice and shake until cold.
       
    3. Strain over fresh ice using a fine mesh strainer to eliminate the pulp then add 4 oz of Topo Chico. Give it a good stir and add a few leaves on top for garnish.
       
    4. Enjoy!
