Roasted Broccoli
There is something about roasting broccoli that makes it so delicious even our dog who eats nothing green devours it!

Ingredients
- 2 large heads raw broccoli
- 4 TBS olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 4 TBS toasted pine nuts
- 2 large heads raw broccoli
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F
- Cut broccoli into floret pieces and place onto a baking sheet.
- Toss the garlic onto the broccoli and drizzle broccoli with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and the ends are slightly brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and immedietly squeeze 1/2 lemon, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and toss pine nuts over the top. Serve.
