Roasted Brussel Sprouts
I am always trying to come up with new ways to jazz up vegetables. These roasted brussel sprouts are so good that I even eat them left over cold right out of the fridge!

Ingredients
- 1 Package brussel sprouts
- 2-4 TBS olive oil
- 2-3 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp steak rub
- 3 slices thick cut bacon
- 2 TBS balsamic vinegar
- 1 Package brussel sprouts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F and cut brussel sprouts into halves.
- Toss brussel sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and steak rub.
- Spread brussel sprouts onto a baking sheet pan.
- Cut bacon into pieces and sprinkle over brussel sprouts.
- Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes until tender.
- Add additional salt and rub after tasting if desired.
- Preheat oven to 400° F and cut brussel sprouts into halves.
