Roasted Garbanzo Beans

This is an easy, healthy snack I make at least once a week and is a hit with the kids too! 

  • Cooking Method

    Prep Time: 5 mins

    Cook Time: 30-45 minutes

    Cooking Method: Oven 

    Cooking Temp: 400 degrees

  • Ingredients

    • 1 can garbonzo beans, drained and rinsed 
       
    • 1 tsp salt and pepper​
       
    • ​1 tsp garlic powder
       
    • ​3 tsp italian herb seasoning (no salt) 
       
    • 2 TBS olive oil 
  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400° F
       
    2. ​Drain and rinse chickpeas and place onto a baking sheet and blot dry with paper towels
       
    3. Toss chickpeas in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and italian seasoning ( you can really do whatever seasoning you like here) 
       
    4. Roast for 20-30 minutes or until crispy!
