Simple Roasted Potatoes
We absolutely love crispy potatoes as a side to almost everything! However, getting that perfect crisp without burning or cooking them forever was harder said than done. After quite some extensive cooking and eating over the years we finally got a crispy and soft potato! Also, bonus it is really simple to cook!

Ingredients
- 24 oz bag of baby golden potatoes
- 3 TBS olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 24 oz bag of baby golden potatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut the potatoes into halves or fourths and put into a mixing bowl. Toss with the 3 TBS of olive oil, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper and 1 tsp of garlic powder.
- Place on a baking sheet in a single layer cut side down.
- Bake at 400° for about 45-60 minutes until golden brown. The trick is to leave them on that side to get nice and crispy! Fight the temptation to flip them over, you can do it! This will leave a crispy but soft potato that is delicious!
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
